About Me + Company Mission
I’m a passionate Sommelier originally from Napa Valley, CA. During my time working for Amazon and Wayfair I noticed consistent themes around lack of knowledge on how to pair food and wine adequately during business dinners to be complimentary. Over time, I also realized a lack of approachability in the world of wine and decided to start a new evolution of wine education: Uncorked with Christie. My goal is to help you (and your team) de-mystify wine one cork at a time and shine at business dinners.

Ever since I started my wine education and food pairing classes, I’ve helped countless individuals achieve confidence in not only identifying what resonates with their palate, but how to feel empowered ordering wine and properly pair it with food at business dinners with their clients. I'm committed to providing excellent education, training and resources to allow all of my clients and their teams to thrive.

In addition, I work with several Luxury wineries in the napa area to source wines with highly allocated distribution to provide my clients with access to purchase
